Our story

"We grew up on cà phê sữa đá — and wanted a version that loved us back."

Vietnamese iced coffee was the taste of every family gathering, every afternoon break, every reason to slow down for five minutes. Bold coffee, sweet condensed milk, a tall glass of ice.

KAMAL keeps the flavor we grew up loving and adds the wellness we care about now: dairy swapped for creamy oat milk, sugar swapped for allulose. Every can is brewed and canned in Los Angeles, and we bring it to you in person — one farmers market at a time.

The sweetener

Sweet, without the sugar.

KAMAL is sweetened exclusively with allulose — a rare sugar found naturally in figs and raisins. It's why the can tastes like dessert and reads like discipline.

Because chemically, it nearly is — the same clean sweetness, no bitter aftertaste, no artificial anything.

Minimal glucose impact

Allulose has minimal effect on blood glucose and insulin, so there's no crash an hour later.

From the label: 56g total carbs − 50g allulose = 6g net carbs per can.

Per FDA guidance, allulose is excluded from total and added sugars on nutrition labels. As always, talk to your doctor about what's right for your diet.

What makes KAMAL different?

It's an authentic Vietnamese iced coffee made with creamy oat milk and sweetened exclusively with allulose — a naturally occurring rare sugar that doesn't spike blood sugar. No gums, no stabilizers, no artificial anything.

Is KAMAL vegan and dairy-free?

100% — always. We use condensed oat milk (water, oats, sunflower oil, a touch of sea salt) instead of condensed dairy milk. No lactose, no cream, fully plant-based.

What is allulose?

A rare, naturally occurring sugar found in figs and raisins. Tastes like sugar, with minimal impact on blood glucose and insulin — and it's excluded from total and added sugars on labels per FDA guidance.

How much caffeine?

90mg per 8.4oz can — about one strong cup of coffee.

Does it need refrigeration?

Yes. Keep it cold, and once opened, finish within 48 hours. Best shaken and chilled.
